I have a low frustration tolerance, too. People tell me to take copious amounts of breaks in between frustrating things. A 20/10 rule. (Twenty minutes on, 10 minutes off.) Sometimes that helps.
Also since I'm a writer, writing out the frustration in real time helps a lot, too.
